David Hoeppner Named Partner at Gould & Ratner

Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce that David Hoeppner, a senior associate in the firm’s Corporate Practice, has been promoted to partner.

David represents clients in all aspects of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on representing buyers and sellers in mergers and acquisitions and commercial agreements, including on behalf of private equity funds, venture capital funds and their portfolio companies. David also advises on general corporate and corporate governance matters.
