Business Divorce Panel,13th Annual Meeting of American College of Business Court Judges

Vanessa Tiradentes was a featured panelist at the Thirteenth Annual Meeting of the American College of Business Court Judges held in Charleston, South Carolina on March 14-16, 2018.

The American College of Business Court Judges (ACBCJ), founded in 2005, provides substantive continuing professional education programs designed to aid business court judges and other judges who frequently address complex commercial litigation. Vanessa spoke on the ACBCJ Member Panel, “The Business Divorce: Handling Complex Business Dissolution in the Midst of a Family Breakup,” along with business court judges from South Carolina, Georgia, and New York. The panel discussed various aspects of business divorce cases, providing participants with different settlement tactics and tips for dealing with discovery disputes in these types of cases.
