As a member of the firm’s Corporate Practice, Todd advises clients on a wide range of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, establishing new companies, corporate governance, fiduciary duties, strategic investments, business optimization, debt or equity offerings and general commercial and contract matters. Todd represents private companies, business owners, private equity clients, and individuals on both buy-side and sell-side transactions. His transactional experience spans multiple industries. 

Todd’s ability to provide a superior service to clients is based upon his own experiences as a corporate executive who hired and interacted with mid-size and large law firms.  He understands the business requirements, and how the practice of law serves such requirements, and the decision that leaders need to make that balances risks with legal requirements.  

Todd’s work ethic and passion for excellence has been developed over time based on past experiences that include serving in the military as a pilot and in various leadership role in public and private healthcare companies, to include CEO, COO, and CCO. Based upon his former roles leading sales, market, and operation departments, he is well-versed in financial planning, strategic business plans, marketing, sales plans and investments throughout the financing lifecycle.
