As a paralegal in Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Practice, Heather Basile handles the formation, maintenance and dissolution of corporations, limited partnerships and limited liability companies. Heather also assists clients with the creation and oversight of annual reports, minutes and other related correspondence and forms.
