Gould & Ratner Represented CC Industries in the Acquisition of Central Indiana Ethanol

Gould & Ratner recently represented CC Industries in the acquisition of Central Indiana Ethanol (CIE), expanding CC Industries’ portfolio of businesses and introducing a new industry sector for the holding company. Chicago-based CC Industries is the holding company for the Crown Family’s privately-held companies, including: GILLIG, Great Dane Trailers, J.L. Clark, Miracapo Pizza Company, Provisur Technologies, Riverside Rail, Selig, Southern Devall Group and Trail King Industries. CIE is one of the largest producers of grain-based, high quality, specialty alcohols in the U.S.
