For more than two decades, Gayle Cosentino has worked closely with Gould & Ratner lawyers and clients on real estate matters, with an emphasis on complex commercial transactions. This includes sales, acquisitions, new development, construction and financing transactions, as well as real estate taxation matters.

Gayle regularly conducts review and analysis of real estate and loan documentation, including distressed loan acquisitions and commercial foreclosure litigation.

Her experience includes the review and analysis of easements, ownership documents, title, survey and lender financing documentation for real estate sales and acquisitions, in both new construction and rezoning matters.
