Real Estate Practice Welcomes Tamara Hibbard

Gould & Ratner LLP is pleased to announce that Tamara K. Hibbard has joined the firm as of counsel in our Real Estate Practice.

With more than 20 years of experience handling sophisticated transactions, Hibbard represents landlords, tenants, buyers and sellers in virtually all aspects of real estate law.  Her most recent experience includes handling the facilitation of a retailer’s transition from a build-to-suit to self-development model for a new store roll-out, as well as the creation and improvement of an organization’s form transactional documents, process map and reporting dashboard while collaborating with numerous other stakeholders to complete multiple site acquisitions.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Hibbard was an attorney at Seyfarth Shaw.

Hibbard earned her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and received a bachelor’s degree in business administration and finance from Miami University.
