CHICAGO – Gould & Ratner LLP is pleased to announce that Matthew A. Olins has joined the firm as a partner in its Corporate Practice.
Olins focuses his practice in the areas of business reorganization, restructuring and insolvency, commercial finance and creditors’ rights.
In his wide-ranging practice, Olins represents lenders, special servicers and various types of other creditors in loan workouts, business bankruptcy cases, commercial finance transactions, commercial foreclosures and litigation. He also represents businesses that are reorganizing or liquidating.

Olins earned his J.D. from Washington University School of Law in St. Louis and a B.A., cum laude, from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio.
