Gould & Ratner Works on Chicago’s LaSalle Street Corridor Revitalization Initiative

Gould & Ratner is proud to help Lagfin, and its development partner, R2 Companies, in connection with this exciting project which continues the City of Chicago's efforts to revitalize LaSalle Street. The project looks to convert large portions of an iconic Loop office building into apartments, as part of the City’s plan to create a vibrant mixed-use neighborhood after the pandemic hiked office vacancy levels.
