Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce that Ken Koehn, CPA, CMA, CLM, the firm’s Chief Operating Officer, has been elected to the International Board of Directors of the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA).
“I am thrilled to be elected to serve on ALA’s Board of Directors” Koehn said. “My now seven-year journey with ALA reflects my passion for ALA’s mission to educate, develop and promote legal business professionals at all levels within law firms. I am excited about helping the Association continue to execute its strategy in the ever-changing legal industry.”
Koehn will serve as a Director for a three-year term beginning in May 2024. At the International level, Koehn recently served four years on ALA’s Certified Legal Manager (CLM) Certification Committee, including two years as Committee Chair. He also served two years on the Association’s Nominating Committee. At the local level, he has served for several years on ALA’s Chicago Chapter Board of Directors, including terms as Chapter President, Past President, President-Elect, Vice President-Elect and Treasurer.
