To further advance Gould & Ratner’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, Managing Partner Amy Blumenthal has been named Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. In this role, she will oversee the D&I efforts for the firm, including providing operational leadership of all D&I efforts and driving awareness, commitment and accountability.
A longtime advocate for the advancement of women in the workplace, Blumenthal currently serves on the inaugural Distinguished and Notable Advisory Board of CREW Chicago, after serving as a Board member and President of CREW Chicago, a chapter of CREW Network, an organization of over 12,000 women engaged in all sectors of the commercial real estate industry.

Blumenthal provides ongoing service as a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Erie Family Health Foundation, which supports the mission of the Erie Family Health Centers to provide high-quality, affordable health care to support healthier people, families and communities.
