Ammara combines a background in accounting with a legal acumen for navigating complex business transactions to manage large-scale M&A deals. From commercial lending to leveraged buyouts, venture capital financing, buy-sell agreements and other corporate matters, she is deeply invested in the long-term success of her clients.  

A key focus of Ammara’s practice involves artificial intelligence. As co-chair of the Chicago Bar Association’s Financial and Emerging Technology Committee and Gould & Ratner’s AI Task Force Committee, she stays on the leading edge of new technologies reshaping the M&A landscape.
