Aaron Whyte Joins Real Estate Practice as Associate

CHICAGO – Gould & Ratner is pleased to announce that Aaron Whyte has joined the firm as an associate attorney in our Real Estate Practice.

Whyte handles matters in the area of commercial real estate, representing real estate funds, developers, private equity companies, joint venture partners and financial institutions in all aspects of acquisitions and dispositions, finance, leasing and real estate development. He also assists clients with various corporate matters.

“Aaron is a great addition to our real estate team,” said Joe Marzo, chair of Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice.  “His experience handling complex commercial transactions around the country will be a great benefit to our clients.”

Whyte earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Whyte was an associate at a large global law firm.  He is admitted to practice law in Florida, Minnesota and Wisconsin; he is not currently admitted to practice in Illinois.
