As an attorney in Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Practice, Trey Calver advises emerging and growth companies on formation and restructuring, general corporate matters, venture financings, and liquidity events. He also assists venture capital funds and angel investors with investor-side financings, fund formation, and fund maintenance. Trey leverages prior experience as an investment associate at two early-stage venture capital funds to help both investors and entrepreneurs see around corners and prevent common issues.
