As a member of Gould & Ratner’s Real Estate Practice, Michael Toussaint handles matters relating to virtually all aspects of real estate law, including commercial real estate transactions, financing, leasing, zoning, land use and entitlement issues.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Michael was Corporate Counsel for a Chicago-based private real estate investment firm. While in law school, Michael served as an editor for the DePaul Journal of Art, Technology and Intellectual Property.
