As a paralegal in Gould and Ratner’s Construction Practice, Matt Spinner works closely with the lawyers on the Construction team in connection with the preparation and review of contracts, related documentation and all other aspects of the firm’s extensive and diverse construction practice. Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Matt was heavily involved in the negotiation, review and administration of contracts.
