• Represented a food manufacturer in its sale to a food and beverage private equity firm.
• Represented an ag-tech company in its sale to a publicly traded strategic purchaser.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, John was an associate at a mid-sized Chicago based firm.

John is currently an MBA candidate at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
