As a member of Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Practice, John Karras focuses his practice on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and other corporate and transactional matters.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, John was an associate at a mid-sized Chicago based firm.

John is currently an MBA candidate at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
