As Gould & Ratner’s Corporate Compliance Coordinator, Abigail Starus works closely with clients to help maintain the existence and government compliance of limited liability companies, limited partnerships and corporations. Abigail researches and helps prepare and file the documentation required by various States throughout the country, and tracks the notices and forms issued to these entities by the government.

Abigail ensures each entity remains in good standing and authorized to do business by complying with all requirements of the relevant jurisdictions.
