As an associate in Gould & Ratner’s Tax Planning and Compliance practice, Abby Mahony focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and other transactional tax matters. Abby assists both buy-side and sell-side clients in a variety of mergers, acquisitions, legal entity rationalizations, and other strategic transactions.

Prior to joining Gould & Ratner, Abby was a Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Tax practice at a large public accounting firm where she advised public and privately-held clients on the tax aspects of complex transactions, including tax structuring, tax modeling, and other transaction-related tax services.
